Year 5 - Salford Quays

Lesson: Geography

During our visit, we carried out the following work:

Analysed the function of land use around the quays
Carried out questionnaires to find out where people had come from, the purpose of their visit and the demographic (in other words, politely asking their age!)
Observed retail usage 
Sketched buildings and structures to indicate differences in architecture from the early 1900s to the modern day
